 Smooth Taboo is the premier  Sade tribute band in Southern California. Our act features all the timeless classics and career spanning hits Sade fans adore. Established in 2024, Smooth Taboo has performed at numerous venues including the Yaamava Theater, Fantasy Springs Casino, Long Beach Terrace Theater and the San Diego Civic Center.

With Lihaulani Barnes on vocals, Damon Wilson on keyboards, Sid Damage on guitar, Adam Valdez on bass, Anthony Verdugo on drums, Roozie Tehranian on percussion and Will Vargas on woodwinds- Smooth Taboo authentically captures the magic of Sade live.
